Description of Artwork: As visitors approach the Environmental Education Center, they will pass through and under 50 feet of swirling metal and glass. "Metamorphosis" begins with a cluster of spindles (plant, animal, insect) that swirl around the visitor and eventually transform into rings. Inside these interlocking rings, various shapes and textures create magnifications of these different species. The overall effect is to illustrate the cycle of life found at the Brooker Creek Preserve.
