Arts Education and Outreach Grants Program
The goal of the Arts Education and Outreach Grants program is to support direct project expenses related to current arts education / outreach program initiatives of arts and cultural organizations which are in the current cycle of Pinellas County Cultural Affairs Cultural Development Grants program. Funded through the generosity of employees of the St. Petersburg Times through the Workplace Giving Program, donations are matched by The Times Fund, Inc. with support from the Pinellas Cultural Foundation. Eligible organizations apply for either $1,000 or $3,000* grants to support projects which serve teachers, children and the community at large throughout Pinellas County. All funding goes directly to support the programs and projects—no administrative expenses are allowed. *Awards are determined by the size of the organization.

purpose of the Cultural Development Grants
Program is to enhance the stability and development
of both well-established and emerging nonprofit,
tax-exempt literary, visual and performing
arts and cultural organizations based in Pinellas
County, through a competitive grants program.
The funding is intended to provide project
support for indigenous cultural organizations
and increase accessibility for all residents
of Pinellas County.

Cultural Tourism Grants Program
The purpose of the Cultural Tourism Grants Program is to expand and promote cultural programs and festivals that directly develop Pinellas County tourism. By funding cultural organizations and events that attract and satisfy visitors, the quality of life in Pinellas County will improve for all residents (including families and minorities). The program assists Pinellas County nonprofit arts and cultural organizations in meeting marketing and promotional expenses associated with the presentation and/or production of a regular season of exhibitions, programs, events, or performances which are open to the general public in Pinellas County.
