There is a first-time fee for the specialty plate above the usual cost at vehicle registration renewal time. The plate may also be purchased through your local tag office at any time by turning in your current plate.)

At renewal time, through the mail you can complete the form below, mail it in with your renewal notice along with a check for the additional specialty tag fee. Future renewals of your plate will be $25 (after 9/1/09) which will be automatically included in your fee notice.

Purchase the "State of the Arts" license tag, and each year, $20 of your tax deductible purchase comes back directly to Pinellas County to support artists, arts organizations, cultural institutions and most importantly, our county's cultural quality of life.
